Refund policy

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund, including any additional postage costs you have paid.

After your order has been dispatched, you have 14 days after receiving your order to  request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@oxfordoratory.org.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 25 Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6HA, United Kingdom. 

Please return the item in its original condition and get proof of return postage. The Oxford Oratory is unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items, unless incorrect or faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
